Credit Card Processing + Payments

There are several different payment methods used across the Seggiano Netsuite account.

Website

The website takes payment on behalf of Jaymini Fine Foods, who process and fulfil the orders. Web orders, whilst undertaken on the Seggiano website, are not really a Peregrine Trading activity. Netsuite is effectively used as a host for Jaymini's order processing. For this reason, a custom script runs when new web orders are received, to credit payments back off the general ledger, effectively annulling them from PT activities. To summarise, all web order payments are cancelled out in Netsuite.

Cybersource

Card payments for the web orders are processed through Cybersource. Payments received through Cybersource go directly to Jaymini. The Cybersource account can be [accessed here].

To link a particular payment profile with the website, select the name of the website when entering the details of the merchant account:

PayPal (Website)

The only [Paypal account configured on Netsuite] is Jaymini's. Again, these payments go directly to Jaymini and only apply to web orders.

Worldpay

There are two card processing systems set up on Netsuite (Cybersource and Worldpay). Worldpay is used for Seggiano trade customers. Cards can be stored against customers' billing information and this can be used to complete payments from within Netsuite.
