Running Mass Updates
Running a mass update is required to recalculate values shown within the report. (390)
Due to different menus being shown for different roles, please use the search bar to find the mass update page. (Fig.1)
Once you have the saved searches page open, you should see the following highlighted mass updates (Fig.2).
Click Edit to open up the search criteria.
By default, the mass update is filtering to only update one item (1SLF1/200). In order to update every item with new demand planning values, please remove the single item criteria (Fig.3). After removing the filter, you can click save to prevent this filter from appearing again. However, you will need to reopen the mass update again.
After making any necessary changes to the search criteria, click preview (Fig.4). You should then see a list of all the items that will then be updated with new values (if any).
If you're happy with the results being shown, click Perform Update (Fig.5) to start the process. NOTE: Please wait for the mass update to finish before checking back on the report.
